碳化硅 (SiC),也称为碳化硅,是一种由硅和碳键合形成的类陶瓷化合物。 19世纪末以来,碳化硅已成为砂纸、砂轮、切削工具的重要材料。 碳化硅粉纯度低时呈黑色,纯度高于90%的产品呈绿色。近年来,在工业炉的耐火衬里和加热元件、泵和火箭发动机的磨损件、半导体等方面都有应用 发光二极管的基板。
